FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

OUR CARDS All our cards are 5"X7" size, and printed using high-quality equipment (some of the best in the world). We do not charge any Shipping and Handling charges.

OUR ARTWORK All paintings are sold unframed. We prefer this because the frames can break during international shipment.

DELIVERY We deliver all over the world. Delivery time depends on your location. We team up with PayPal to make it convenient for you to place secure orders online with a credit card. We will confirm your order via e-mail or by fax.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES We do not charge any Shipping and Handling charges. You only pay the price of the cards or the paintings.

IMPRINTING Our cards are all blank on the inside, but we will be happy to print your message or logo for an extra charge. While we will provide an electronic proof copy for you to approve an imprinting order, please take care to provide exact details (and camera-ready art if logo printing is involved) because imprinted cards cannot be returned.

RETURNS We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your order. We are sure you will be very happy with our cards. If, for some reason however, you are not satisfied, and you have not placed an imprinting order, we will replace part or all of your order or refund money without questions, as per your request.
